Our Guarantee: We stand behind our product 100%, firmly believing in its capabilities. However, recognizing that it may not meet every user’s needs, we are prepared to issue a complete refund within 7 days of your original purchase.
Conditions for Refunds:
- Technical Issues: We are eager to assist you with any technical problems. Please allow us the opportunity to help resolve the issue before requesting a refund. If we are unable to find a solution, a refund will be provided. Contact us before initiating a refund for technical concerns.
- Timeframe: Refunds may only be processed within 7 days of the purchase date. After this period, no refunds can be facilitated.
Important Note: For credit card payments, refunds are generally processed within 20 business days, with exceptions that may extend up to 90 days.
Requesting a Refund: You can request a refund for any reason within 7 days of purchase. Even if your situation falls outside the specified rules, feel free to request a refund, and we will review your case promptly.
Upon approval, you will receive a full refund within 24 hours. The refund will be issued to your original payment method or bank account.
Refund Criteria:
- Refunds within 7 Days: Only purchases made within the last 7 days are eligible for a complete refund.
- Refunds Beyond 7 Days: For purchases made more than 7 days prior, refunds will be partial, based on the remaining subscription period. Our support team will communicate with users in such cases.
Refunds Unavailable For: We cannot process refunds or partial refunds if:
- The customer is dissatisfied with the channel lineup or performance. We recommend testing before making a subscription purchase.
- The customer is unable to set up their own box, with support limited to pre-defined configuration steps.
- Channels experience temporary issues due to factors such as internet fluctuations, box-related problems, ISP issues, or server-side channel downtime.
- The customer changes their mind and wishes to withdraw or switch between servers. Customers can subscribe to other servers by purchasing a new subscription.
Additionally, if a user is unable to set up the IPTV service on any device within one day of activation, we will refund 100% of their subscription purchase price.
